Laura Capella

Hi everyone! I’m Laura Capella, a Master’s student in Human-Centered AI joining the KAI group for my research thesis under the supervision of Prof. Ilaria Tiddi. My work, titled ‘The Glass Box,’ focuses on Hybrid Intelligence and the challenge of making complex AI reasoning transparent and accountable. With a background in software development, including a stint in South Korea, I’m passionate about the intersection of technical robustness and social impact. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the team and gaining insights that will be essential when I eventually transition into an AI Team Management role back in Italy!
